Edward Henry
Edward HenryChairman
Mr. Henry has served on the Board of Directors of Verado since 2005. He was elected Chairman of the Board in 2012. Prior to Verado, Mr. Henry was President and CEO of Abrams Centre Bank until its sale in 2004. He currently is an officer of Patheco, Inc. – a family investment company. In addition, Mr. Henry serves on the Board of Directors of the National Stock Yards Company. He received his Bachelor of Administration degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University.

Christopher GrahamPresident and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Graham joined Verado in 2013 as the President and CEO. Prior to joining Verado, Mr. Graham was a Vice President at Netherland Sewell & Associates (NSAI) where he was responsible for reserve and revenue evaluations of numerous private and public companies. Prior to NSAI, Mr. Graham was a Reservoir Engineer at ExxonMobil, responsible for technical evaluations, simulations, economic models, and project management activities for field areas in South Texas and the Gulf of Mexico. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Louisiana and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
Jack Cordaro
Jack CordaroVice President Operations
Mr. Cordaro joined Verado in 1991 and has over 30 years of industry experience in drilling, completion, production and environmental/safety programs. Mr. Cordaro began his career as a Drilling Engineer for Exxon and has also held several operational positions at other public and private oil and gas companies prior to joining Verado. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.
Adrian ButlerVice President Land
Mr. Butler joined Verado in 2010 as a Landman. He rose through the ranks to Land Manager in January 2015 and eventually to Vice President of Land in 2018. Prior to Verado, he served the oil and gas industry in the Land departments of both Chesapeake Energy Corporation and XTO Energy, Inc. He is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL), an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), and an active member of the Dallas Association of Professional Landmen (DAPL). He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and a Certificate in Petroleum Land Management.

Mrs. Kemp joined Verado in 2014 as a Financial Reporting Accountant. Subsequently, she took on the responsibilities of joint interest billing and revenue accounting and was eventually promoted to Controller in September 2024. Before joining Verado, Mrs. Kemp worked in public accounting, concentrating on tax preparation and audits for various industries. She received a Bachelor’s and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler.
